Pass Island is a small, privately managed island under the jurisdiction of Busuanga municipality (Bay Concepcion barangay), approximately 30 km east of Coron town. The island is fringed with powdery white sand and lined with coconut palms; a low hill at one end has a short path to a viewpoint overlooking the surrounding sea. The waters around the island are clear and excellent for snorkelling due to colourful coral and fish populations. Overnight accommodation options include basic bamboo beach bungalows with fans and bedding, as well as tent camping directly on the beach for a small fee. Bungalow rental costs approximately PHP 1,000 per night and all visitors pay a PHP 250 entrance fee. Access is by boat from Coron town (approximately 90 minutes) or from Concepcion pier (approximately 40 minutes, PHP 400 ferry each way). The island sees relatively low foot traffic compared to Coron's main dive sites, making it a genuinely quiet retreat.
