Report a Concern
Camps PH is committed to keeping our community safe, honest, and respectful. If you encounter anything that violates our standards — whether it is a safety hazard, a fraudulent listing, harmful behavior, a payment error, or a privacy issue — please tell us. Every report is taken seriously and reviewed by our team.
Life-threatening emergency? Act first, report later.
If someone is in immediate danger, call the national emergency hotline 911or contact the local emergency services listed on the campsite's page right away. You can also visit our Emergency Information page for guidance. File a platform report with us only after the situation is under control.
What Can I Report?
We accept reports across five categories. Select the one that best describes your concern for guidance on how to reach the right team.
Safety IssuesShow details
Report physical hazards at a campsite — unmarked cliffs, broken facilities, dangerous wildlife, fire risks, or any condition that puts campers in immediate or potential danger.
For life-threatening emergencies, stop reading this page and call 911or the emergency contacts listed on the campsite's own page first.
How to report: Email a detailed description, including the campsite name and any photos or videos you have, to [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
Suspicious or Inaccurate ListingsShow details
Report listings that appear fraudulent, use stolen photos, misrepresent the campsite's location or amenities, have misleading pricing, or are otherwise deceptive.
How to report: Email the listing URL and a description of the inaccuracy to [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
You can also flag a listing directly from its campsite page using the "Report this listing" link.
Harassment or Inappropriate BehaviorShow details
Report messages, reviews, or conduct by another user that is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or otherwise violates our community standards.
How to report: Email screenshots or a description of the incident, along with the relevant username or booking reference, to [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
You can also report individual messages directly from the in-app messaging thread using the flag icon beside each message.
Payment ProblemsShow details
Report unauthorized charges, missing payouts, double-billing, refunds not received, or any transaction that does not match your booking record.
How to report: Email your booking reference number, transaction details, and the amount in question to [SUPPORT_EMAIL].
Please include a screenshot of your payment confirmation or bank statement to help us investigate faster.
Data-Privacy ConcernsShow details
Report suspected unauthorized access to your account, misuse of your personal information, unwanted data processing, or any concern related to your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
How to report: Email our Data Protection Officer directly at [DPO_EMAIL].
You may also submit a formal Data Subject Request — such as a request for access, erasure, or rectification of your personal data — through the same address. See our Data Protection page for full details on your rights and how to exercise them.
In-App Reporting
Many concerns can be flagged directly within the platform without sending an email:
- Campsite listings: Open any campsite page and use the "Report this listing" link near the bottom of the page.
- Messages: Tap or click the flag icon beside any individual message in your inbox to report it.
- Reviews: Use the "Report review" option that appears when you hover or long-press a review.
- User profiles: Open a user's public profile and select "Report this user" from the options menu.
In-app flags feed directly into the same Trust & Safety queue as email reports and receive the same level of attention.
What Happens After You Report
Here is what you can expect once your report reaches us.
Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your report by email within two (2) business days of receipt. You will receive a case reference number to track your report.
Investigation
Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report. For safety and conduct reports, we aim to complete an initial assessment within five (5) business days. Payment disputes and data-privacy concerns follow their own tracks described below.
Action Taken
Depending on the findings, we may temporarily suspend a listing or account, request additional information from either party, issue a correction or refund, or refer the matter to relevant authorities. We will inform you of the outcome to the extent permitted by our user-privacy obligations.
Follow-Up
If we need more information from you, we will reach out via the email address on your Camps PH account. Keep an eye on your inbox and check your spam folder if you have not heard from us.
