Lola Sayong Eco-Surf Camp is a social enterprise and community-managed eco-tourism destination in Barangay Buenavista, Gubat, Sorsogon. Operating since the mid-2010s, it has earned an international reputation among budget travellers and surfers for its genuine community atmosphere, eco-conscious management, and affordable rates. The beachfront property sits along Gubat Bay, with its characteristic dark-grey volcanic sand, and hosts consistent surfing waves suited to beginners and intermediate surfers. Nipa-style huts, shared bathrooms, a communal kitchen, and a tent/hammock camping area serve guests. Overnight tent-pitching or hammock camping costs PHP 350 per person with communal bathroom access and electricity. The camp is run by local surfers who are committed environmental stewards, with strict Leave-No-Trace and no-single-use-plastics rules. Bulusan Lake and Bulusan Volcano Natural Park are approximately 30 minutes away by vehicle, making the camp a practical base for combined surf-and-hike itineraries in Sorsogon. Day entrance fee is PHP 75 per head.
