Mt. Ulap (1,846 MASL), locally called Cloud Mountain, rises above Barangay Ampucao in Itogon, Benguet. The Eco Trail traverses a series of rugged crags and open ridges with sweeping views of Baguio City, the Agno River valley, and surrounding Cordillera peaks. The popular overnight camping spot sits on the high ridge, exposed to Cordillera winds and offering impressive sunrises above a sea of clouds on clear mornings. The trailhead and registration site is at the Ampucao Barangay Hall, where walk-in hikers are fully accepted. The registration fee is PHP 100 per person, DENR fee PHP 30, and guide fee PHP 600 per group (1–7 hikers). Historical sources list a separate camping fee of PHP 800 for overnight stays, though 2025 sources indicate the overnight fee structure may have changed; hikers should confirm the current overnight camping rate directly with the barangay. The trail is rated difficulty 3/9 and takes roughly 4–6 hours one-way.
